All my other devices are working fine and are connected to the Internet. Any help?
How you are going to connect to Internet in which way i.e. LAN, WiFi or through any other ways?
If you are connecting through LAN that internet cable came from ISP you will be automatically connected to Internet and they may provide you some credentials...etc check and connect to Internet. ISP providers may assign a manual IP address to the LAN card once check with that.
If you are connecting to Internet via Router once check with router settings and assign the correct IP address to your PC or router may be configured to connect to only specific devices change the router settings and If you are using the router for first time refer router manual.
There may the drivers of you LAN card or WiFi drivers may not be installed, install the correct version of drivers and download the drivers of your motherboard.
If you are connecting to LAN once check that LAN cable there may be fault in the cable try using other cable.
If you are perfect at all these things and still no Internet connection contact system administrator.
