Everything seems to be fine, it has been printing okay, now when try
to print a document, The printer troubleshooter says there is it says a
print job in the print queue is preventing other print jobs from
printing but there is nothing ib the printer to prevent printing, What
can this be?
Sol :- It seems to be some PC is effected with some virus and have good antivirus with updates, clean your computer.
Try to remove the drivers completely and reinstall the drivers in other drive (not in C: drive) and restart your computer. It should work.
Once try for test print, if didnt get make sure you clean the catridges from your provided drivers.
